This five-star property has four bedrooms, perfectly conceived to accommodate between eight and ten guests. On the topmost floor of the villa, you will find the master bedroom, fitted with a study nook and intimate lounge area. This room also boasts a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean, perfect for enjoying a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

On the main level of the villa features a second bedroom offering either a twin or double bed configuration. The ground floor provides two additional bedrooms.

Basked in beautiful sunlight, the alluring grounds of Laemsingh Villa 3 are enhanced by an infinity edge pool with panoramic vistas of the lagoon. You can just perch from the edge of the pool and gaze out at the horizon as you enjoy magnificent sunsets or sunrises every day. In the garden, you will also find a second glass-fronted swimming pool, this one fitted with a jacuzzi.

With an indoor/outdoor living concept, Laemsingh Villa 3 has a sweeping, open-plan interior, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows to let in plenty of sunlight while allowing guests to gaze out on the lush greenery outside. Both the lounge and the dining room are air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort during warmer months. The contemporary kitchen provides a double-door refrigerator, oven, and various appliances that you can use to prepare your meals.

The ground floor of the villa provides a fully-equipped mini gym with a stationary bike, treadmill, cross-trainer, and full-length weights rack. Additionally, the compound of the villa includes a second kitchen as well as the staff living quarters.

Because Laemsingh Villa 3 is a full-service villa, guests will be well-looked after by an experienced housekeeping staff. The villa manager is also on call to assist you with whatever you may need.
