The main outdoor area is a large, first-floor balcony, with a sunken seating area shaded on a modern veranda and an instagram-perfect infinity pool which seems to flow straight out to water the jungle greenery beyond your property walls. For a more private outdoor experience, go downstairs to walk on verdant green lawns: the perfect place to settle down for a homemade picnic lunch.

The main living space at Villa Capucine 4 is a chic, open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, where you can relax under the cool air-conditioning while still enjoying the stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Take a seat in the living room and feel yourself sink into the plush couches and armchairs. The lounge is movie-night-ready with a wall-mounted Smart TV, or otherwise the perfect place to play a board game around the coffee table. At the other end of the space is a fully-equipped kitchen where you’ll find all of the modern appliances and amenities that you’ll need to conjure up delicious home-cooked meals should you choose not to eat out at one of the excellent local restaurants. The kitchen space also includes a breakfast bar and dining table, which set the scene perfectly for formal and casual dining alike.
