Villa Shanti offers six luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms housed within two pavilions. Each pavilion houses three bedrooms and provides direct access to either the beach or the beautiful gardens. Four of the bedrooms have king sized beds and two have twin sized ones. All the bedrooms enjoy ample closet space, sitting spaces and en-suite bathrooms. Villa grounds provide access to Wi-Fi.

Villa Shanti is spread over five spacious pavilions in the Jivana estate. The airy living space is called the Great Room and provides an open space ventilated with natural breeze and sunlight. The common areas are furnished with comfortable seating spaces, couches and colorful cushion that together create a really cozy atmosphere, perfect for curling up and unwinding. The family room is housed in a separate pavilion and provides multitudes of entertainment options.

The villa also provides other amenities like a modern well-equipped kitchen and has a television and library. The dining area can seat 20 people. Barbecue facilities are also available in the villa premises.

Villa Shanti appoints a friendly and helpful staff to make sure that the guests have a very comfortable stay. The roster consists of security, groundskeeping and housekeeping services.
